Training and Installation Terms of Use

PAYMENT

Training is billed by the hour. Daily rates assume an 8 hour day. Additional hours worked are billed at the hourly rate. When we receive your order we will book airline travel, and if necessary, lodging and ground transportation. You will be billed for the cost of these fixed expenses prior to final booking. Miscellaneous charges (food, gas etc.) will be billed at cost at the completion of our visit. Early payment or payment by credit card is recommended to ensure the lowest possible prices for airfare, hotel reservations etc.

Please Note: Travel arrangements will not be booked until payment is received. Please send your check promptly to avoid additional charges for increases in fares etc.

Daily charges for training and installation are due when services are rendered. A security deposit equal to half of the amount of expected charges (50%) is due upon acceptance. The balance of charges and miscellaneous expenses is due 2 weeks prior to commencement of services.

CANCELLATIONS

Please provide at least 2 weeks notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your class (4 weeks outside the U.S.). You will be charged for previously made reservation and any fees associated with rescheduling flights and lodging. Class cancellations less than 2 weeks (4 weeks outside the U.S.) in advance are are non-refundable. Refunds for prepaid classes are made in credits to your account which can be used for future training, phone support or products. In any case we will be happy to work with you to schedule another date, and if possible, apply previously paid fees to the new class time. Our cancellation policy is based on our costs associated with providing class time and instructors.
