We went from custom programs to bundled programs. We ship out anywhere from 100 to 500 orders per day, so we need a software program that handles everything including a credit card plug-in for PC Charge, customizable order forms, tons of reports, batch printing…

Everything is user friendly, anyone can work this system. Customer Service is top notch. Every time I have had any questions or needed anything they were on top of it immediately!

I would recommend Channergy for small and large businesses. They really have put everything together nicely. The best feature for our company are the plug-ins for shipping. Whether you ship UPS, USPS or FedEx they have a plug-in package for your company. It will import and export tracking information. It has literally cut out the place of 2 employees in my shipping department. So it saves me time and money.
