We investigated many options about five years ago before choosing Channergy, and couldn’t find anything that came close to its flexibility for the price.

I have to admit that I was a bit skeptical at first that they could really deliver all that they promised. It almost seemed too good to be true, especially considering the low cost. But now, five years later, I can report that both the software and the support have been exceptional. The software is flexible and stable, and their tech support has always been top notch in every respect (speed of response, expertise, cost, and a willingness to “go the extra mile” to make sure we didn’t experience any downtime).

Since all of our orders are processed through Channergy, this level of support makes all the difference, because we’re out of business if we can’t take orders. I only wish that all of our software suppliers were as responsive to our needs as Channergy is!
