Training over the Web
Using Remote Assistance we can take control of your desktop (with your permission) and train you and your employees to use your new software. We can also set up Channergy, edit reports, install utilities etc. For multiple attendees we can arrange a multiple desktop presentation so everyone can participate. Voice is through a single phone line. We can schedule as little as an hour or up to 8 hours (4 in the morning, and 4 after lunch).
